I have been a resident of Clinton County for the past 42 years. I graduated from Lock Haven University in 1966. I was a teacher at the former Sugar Valley High School for many years. I owned and operated the Thomas F. Brigandi Insurance Agency in Mill Hall and Lock Haven, PA for 30 years. The insurance agency is currently operating under the name of Brigandi Gleghorn and Assoc. at 123 E. Water Street, Lock Haven, PA. I joined our real estate agency in January of 2006 and became owner of Brigandi Renninger Realty in July 2008.

Mary moved to Lock Haven in February of 1960. With the exception of ten years in Kansas and one year in Florida, she has called Clinton County home.
Mary has moved many times in the process buying and selling numerous homes and businesses. She feels this experience has given her a keen understanding and compassion for what the seller and buyer goes through. Mary understands the wants and needs of her clients.

I live at home with my husband Dave and two sons Nick and Nate. We live on a farmette outside of Mill Hall, PA.. I also raise Labrador Retriever puppies. We live with our four labs JC, Alley, Gracie and Goliath. I really like to be outside whether it is doing gardening, walking with the dogs, picking up after the guys and their toys or just being. I also hold a nursing license in the state of Pa and worked on the medical/surgical unit until I ventured into real estate after buying my first house at 29. I always loved architecture and decorating and this was a perfect match for me. I was licensed in real estate in 1988. I have been a full time agent since the beginning. My name is Kathy Probst, I live in Lycoming County and have all of my life, I have been in Real Estate this is my 12th year. My husband and I both ride Harley’s and we enjoy riding for the benefits in the area or just getting on and taking a nice ride up through the beautiful mountains of Pa. We are hoping when we retire to ride across the country and see the beautiful area’s we haven’t seen before.

I am also involved in USBC women’s bowling association I have been a board member now for 6 years. I also enjoy bowling with my girls on our Wednesday night bowling league. I have also been involved with our West Branch Valley Association of Realtors board as a committee member.
