The agency opened its doors in 1986 under the name of Coldwell Banker Renninger Realty. The name change to Brigandi Renninger Realty in July 2008. Thomas Brigandi is the current owner and Nancy S. Renninger remains the Broker of Record. With our staff of 13 licensed professional sales associates, we are equipped to handle most of your real state transactions.
